Using PawArcadia
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for what you post. We moderate content before it is shown publicly and remove anything that breaks these rules: no animal abuse or neglect, no sexual content, no harassment, hate, spam or scams.
Reporting and blocking
Every post, comment, story, event, profile, message and review can be reported in one tap. We review reports within 24 hours. Blocking someone hides you from each other everywhere in the app.
Health features are not veterinary advice
The health record is yours and is only as accurate as what you put in it. The triage assistant and the breed pages give general information, never a diagnosis, a medication or a dose. In an emergency, go to a vet.
Shop and adoption
PawArcadia is a directory. Transactions happen directly between you and the business or person you contact. Never pay in advance for an adoption, and meet the animal in person. Ratings are community ratings, not verified purchases.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it in the app so the app can work. Delete it at any time.
Account deletion
Delete your account from the profile screen. A hard deletion follows a 30 day grace period.
