Why do I need a pet before the Health tab appears?

Health records belong to a pet. Add one and the tab appears with a vaccination plan already built from the breed and birth date.

Who can see my pet's health records?

Only you. Nothing in Health is ever shown on a public page or in a feed.

How do lost pet alerts work?

Everyone within 10km who has the app gets a push immediately. Marking the pet found tells the same people.

Is the triage assistant a vet?

No. It helps you judge how urgent something looks. It never diagnoses, and anything that reads as an emergency points you to a clinic.

How do I delete my account?

Profile, then Data and account, then Delete account. Three taps. There is a 30 day grace period, and logging in during it cancels the deletion.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Profile, then Data and account, then Download my data. You get a JSON file by email with everything you created.

Reporting content or an account

Every post, comment, story, event, profile, message and review has a report option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If something needs faster attention, email us and put urgent in the subject.
